0.18 maneuver auto pilot

Since 0.18 adds maneuver planning, I think mechjeb should be able to perform this maneuvers automatically, or at least rotate the ship for the maneuver!
this would make everything much easier, and people can concentrate on planning maneuvers, because performing them gets rather annoying after 1000 times...
