[BUG 1.9.1] When my mechjeb coasts to ap, it stops functioning and wont allow me to control the rocket.

Using the ascend autopilot I fly to any height. As soon as it gets to the coast to AP phase it just stops working. Neither mechjeb nor I can control the spacecraft.
