[BUG 1.9.1] When I target something with the Rendevouz module and then destroy it (sunbeam laser) mechjeb gets stuck.

I went killing some debris and if you dont defocus the debris in the rendevouz module mechjeb will get stuck and i have to go to the space center and back to my vessel.
