Phase adjustment in orbital operations module

Launching evenly spaced satellites can be a pain when done manually, even though phase adjustment is a simple (since period^2 varies with semi-major axis^3) operation. Can we get a phase adjustment thingy in the orbital operations to adjust the phase of the orbit by x degrees, or (preferably) by x degrees relative to some other vessel/celestialbody?
