Mechjeb Orbital Operations change Right Ascension of Ascending Node

Along with a prior idea on changing orbital inclination, how about an option in Orbital Operations (perhaps under an "Advanced" menu, if you feel it's getting cluttered) to change the right ascension of the ascending node?
