Attempt to hold or set pitch, roll, and yaw seperately

Mechjeb seems to be good at orienting spaceships to the angle it needs for various features. It would be useful to give some of this functionality directly to the user by letting them specify an angle to aim towards, or possibly hold the angle on a given axis while allowing user control on the others.
