Adding a "Drop capsule at target" to the Mechjeb Landing autopilot

In short: Targeted landing autopilot for just the capsule+parachute

The idea is basically to have an option that makes mechjeb put a rocket that is on it's homebound flight and equiped with a final stage with capsule+parachute into the right trajectory to land right on a target like KSC. and drop/release the capsule+parachute at the right moment.

For example:
A rocket returns from minmus, low on fuel and, with only two stages left.
When "Drop at target" is pressed Mechjeb will make course corrections to put the rocket (who is still in space) into the right trajectory,
After mechjeb has changed it's trajectory it decouples the final stage.
This stage will crash through the atmosphere and after the parachutes deploy (automated by mechjeb) land at the target coordinates.

When a rocket has sufficient fuel (or is in orbit) it could wait/park the rocket until the right moment has arrived.

When the rocket is on "collision course" with the planet/moon and there's not much fuel left, it tries to guess as close as possible where to aim the rocket. This could be hours or days before a planet collision takes place. after aiming the rocket it could even detatch the final capsule, though when in deep space its important to take ejection forces into account.
