This page: http://ksp.olex.biz/ implements a system of equations that can find the transfer angle and required phase angle to successfully do a interplanetary transfer. This functionality could be built in to MuMech itself, especially given that it can compute all of the required numbers. The largest obstacle to implementation would be computing when to perform the burn.
