[1.9.3] GUI Dissapears when I click on them.

I have a strange problem, I managed to get a ship into space, very routine, but after leaving and coming back, mechjeb is... different. The GUI dissapears when I click anywhere on them, and they have no effect. There will be two strange "buttons" when I click on both, the GUI will reappear... but when I click, they do it again.
