The ship info needs work.

TWR and the d/v of fuel on board is ignoring a lot of the new parts with respect to fuel transfer ability. If you add fuel lines things seem to snap up ok, but when working with light sats and ion drives those can add some significant weight.

The staging also seems to need some tweaks but I'm not sure if this will ever be perfect, there are just too many variations we can come up with. But even the more reasonable designs could work better..

I also would like if the ship info windows for VAB and actually flying saved their positions separately. Petty stuff there but if you have it cracked open why not.
