Landing Module Problem - Attitude Control lost?

I think MechJeb 1.94 did this too, but there is a problem with the landing module where right before the throttle is cut for touch down the craft starts to flip. Usually it's not an issue because it's in low gravity and the craft will right itself when it touches down. but on Kerbin it usually cause the craft to crash.
