MechJeb calculate ∆v and TWR only on active Engines

I noticed that mechjeb does not make correct ∆v and twr computation when different type of engine are installed (eg both liquid fuel than NERVA) and does not consider the active/disactive state of that engines.
Will be fantastic if the data that feed the MechJeb algos come considering the engine status.
