Ascent auto-pilot shakes the throttle when I use a strong rocket. Otherwise great plugin! Thx!

Great Plugin, lets me play at a whole new level! Thank you! (MechJeb 1.9.8) Concerning suggestions, well, the Ascent auto-pilot shakes the throttle if I use it on a large rocket.

I like to build very big rockets :) (4 Rockomax MainSail thrusters in first stage). I've noticed this using the Ascent Autopilot: after liftoff, when the rocket first meets the sweetspot of air-resistance at around 120, the thrust starts "buffeting". It starts to cycle between high and low thrust for a while (15 seconds), and then it resumes normal flight. Some kerbals were quite suprised when they saw pieces of the space station fly off the end of the rocket after such a takeoff :) The engines are so strong, that playing with the throttle shakes the whole thing apart. To reproduce build a tall rocket with a cluster of 4 or 5 Mainsail engines at the bottom. It seems like a control feedback issue.... When the air resistance is met, the throttle is taken back, but then the resistance drop so much that the throttle is put up again...and so on. Since I use 4 or 5 very strong engines, maybe the effect of throttling back is so strong that this "buffeting" cycle is created.
