Total DeltaV for all stages in Vessel Panel.

The vessel panel shows the Delta V for each stage. It would be useful to include the total DeltaV for the stage and stages below it. This is useful for calculating DeltaV needed to get a payload into order.

For example, if I have a 3 stage rocket but want the 3rd stage to be full when I make orbit then I can see the total DeltaV for Stage 1 and 2 (shown next to stage 2) and calculate how big stage 1 and 2 need to be to get the required DeltaV.

The flight engineer redux mod does this and it's very useful for building rockets.
