Crash with MechJeb 1.9.8 on launch.

It seems that if you attempt to launch a rocket with any MechJeb parts (and sometimes without if the craft is large enough) when running KSP on 32-bit Windows 7 with a four-core processor. I am aware that KSP crashes on every other launch even without the mod installed but i was wondering if this is a problem with the mod itself or with memory allocation (viewing the crash report it appears the system runs out of memory). I can provide the crash report to you by the way of your choice.
