Auto pilot only flies strange figures

After looking the video, I tried, but my ship is strangly turning arround and crashes. Also, the Orbit information window does not appear. Instead all other windows disapper.

I am having the same problem. I do not know if you are using the Steam version of KSP but I wonder if that could be the problem. Can anyone answer this question.
