Single Orbital Adjustment Panel

It would be nice to have a single unified orbital adjustment panel in the maneuver panel to create one or more nodes change all orbital attributes in the maneuver planner

The settings (with check boxes of which should be applied, and locked.) should include:
Apoapsis
Periapsis
Eccentricity
Phase of Eccentricity
Inclination
Phase of Inclination
Maximum number of burns to complete maneuvers.
Maximum amount of time to complete maneuvers.


When each maneuver is completed, the later nodes should be modified to correct as much as possible for the inaccuracies in the last node.
